Not again!

Yesterday, Trigirl went on an experimental half hour run and it felt great. Buoyed up by this good experience, she decided that this morning she was well enough for a brick session in the sunshine (45 min bike, followed by 15 min tempo run). Lovely!... This evening Trigirl realised she had succumbed to another cold. Trigirl is shivering again but has run out of light reading.
